What I do (currently)
"Don't do anything for money you wouldn't do for free"
This is the case for me. I do these things from my heart.

EA Hotel
Fitting with my life goal, this is very exciting! I'm learning a lot and get to work with an awesome team, doing everything from event planning, productivity coaching, physical renovation work, facilitation, general ops.
I joined after talking with the director, Attila, where he said that his goal for people here is that by the end of their stay/project, they will be amazed at how much they accomplished, and that it was quite effortless/without much pushing/burning themselves.
That just made me go "ok, this guy gets it"
Chair of Effective Altruism Denmark
I've been a community builder since 2022 and been on the board since early 2025. It's what got me started on this career path to begin with. It's very meaningful!
I'm now doing more mentoring/coaching for other community builders, where I get to learn more about leading teams and strategy work on national level - it's pretty fun :P
My posts on the EA Forum:
Running this little business :)
It's basically a one-man-band, where I do things I enjoy.
- Facilitate workshops & retreats
- Online programs (check it out!)
- Public speaking: podcasts, keynotes & talks
- Coaching
It's super rewarding, and I love the freedom it gives me.
My grandma said of me already when I was 2 years old: "That boy will never have a normal job!"
I guess she was right.

A core thing I live by is making the world better. It wasn't so much a choice; it evolved from an obsession of trying to outgrow the ways I was being harmful to myself and others. On the way, I found that inner growth and helping people fall more in love with life is one of the most meaningful things I can possibly be a part of.
To be completely open, my mental health was terrible in my teens, and I didn't think I would make it to 18. Since then things have changed completely, and beyond what I could have ever imagined. It's such a gift, it makes me a bit emotional even now writing about it..
It's this I want to give to people; that life can be viscerally beautiful. And that the world can be beautiful and amazing too, if we decide together to make it that way.
Main influences on me:
Joe Hudson, John Vervaeke, wisdom cultivation (old & modern), psychedelics, Effective Altruism, Bildung/dannelse (transformative education) - and the circles of metamodern/integral/regenerative/liminal/systems thinking
My life goal is to build an intentional community in the spirit of Danish folk high schools/people's college (basically a residential community academy without exams, where we integrate inner work/wisdom cultivation, Effective Altruism, and building skills to become agents for positive change.
- I'm quite into wisdom practices, and have done (and facilitated) a fair amount of meditation, yoga, breathwork, embodiment, authentic relating
- A main practice is circling, which I have facilitated for several years
I have been on 3 podcasts so far:
- Manda Scott's Accidental Gods - talking about Effective Altruism and how we can balance being rational and spiritual/intuitive through thinking clearly, listening to our heart, and following our gut - together. To me, that is wisdom.
- John Vervaeke (I was pretty starstruck - I really admire him!) talking about people's college and the transformation of living in community
- Microcollege with Jacob Hundt - talking about the same topics
- Spotify
